Perfecting the Best Greek seasoned French fry recipe

ourtangledwebb

One of our very favorite restaurants has these fries that we go gaga for. Like, every single person I take there, I demand they try them, and they of course, fall in love with them. I am an extremely picky eater, so if I’m telling your they are amazing, you know they’re worth trying!

They say it's a secret recipe, so I had to do a little trial and error and I finally perfected it!

I know seo blah blah blah. I can’t write 17 paragraphs about a recipe - so here we go!

Greek Seasoned Fries

What you’ll need:

Juice of 1/2 a lemon (fresh. Not that plastic container. Trust.)

Paprika

Lemon Pepper

Salt

Dill weed

Fries- fresh/frozen, fried/baked/air fried - whatever your pleasure! A crispy fry is best, we like to air fry, and make our own when time allows. Trader Joe’s frozen fries get an A+ from us too!

What you do:

While your fries are cooking, get out your seasonings. I like to open all the containers and get my lemon cut in half awhile.

When your fries are crispy - immediately squeeze lemon juice on them and toss them around. If you’ve got a lot of fries, you can squeeze the other half of the lemon too. Spread them back out in a single layer.

Next - start seasoning. Generously season with the lemon pepper, paprika, salt. Go easy on the dill weed. Mix em up, and give them a try.

Trust the process. You don’t need exact measurements for this. If you’re nervous, start slow with the seasoning, you can always add more!
